Each store in the Bitch Tail mall has a black frame on the outside.
This is where the creator/renter will place their bargain for you.
(Please note this is not a required event so refrain from im'ing creators asking if they are placing one out.)
At times we will have themed months and this is where you all come into the master plan of things!
I will be asking on the blog for you all to select the themes for us!
